Four Things Every Parent Should Know Before Choosing a Music Studio
The Music Academy’s only focus is on quality music instruction and teaching; we do not sell, rent or repair musical instruments. We do offer free assistance in choosing the appropriate instrument or equipment for our students and their families.
Appropriate background checks are performed on all teachers and administrative staff before and during their employment at The Music Academy
Our brand new facility is located on a municipal parking lot with over 100 parking spaces just steps from our entrance and electronically monitored inside and out 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year for your safety.
Immediate assistance and customer service:
In many studios the teacher or the studio owner conducts classes and does the administration. By trying to do two jobs at once, the class may suffer as the teacher has to use class time for customer service issues, or the studio may have no customer service available if the teacher is in a class. To have a good experience it is important to choose a studio that can assist you with details like books, instruments or schedules, even if a teacher is occupied in a class. Our studios have office staff on hand during all regular class times, so you can get immediate assistance.
